Inspiration: Mary loved spending her Sundays preparing fresh merengues with her mom. There is something about the chemistry of mixing egg white and sugar for a beautiful combination of a fluffy and child experience. This year, our chocolate hero Nico put this in action and with an extra touch of Brigadeiro (of course), our merengues are baked for a delightful crispy and soft center.

Allergy/ingredients: Made with egg white, milk and chocolate. Although we do our absolute best to prevent cross-contamination, this product is made in a facility that processes nuts, soy and gluten.
Pure Chocolate with 54% or 70% (Cocoa Mass, Cocoa Butter, Sugar, Milk solids, Soya Lecithin, Vanilla) Sugar, Glucose Syrup, Cream, Cocoa Powder, Salt and Butter.
Brigadeiros are naturally gluten free, but we use rice Crispearls decoration for some flavours and they contain gluten.
